Meet Baby Gabriel!!!
IVF can be a very Stressful journey, but also a very beautiful and powerful one as well. WE started our journey with testing in 2019 with Dr. Pinto's office to see if we could be parents. While going thru the testing we got pregnant naturally, but how quickly things would take a turn. That same year, our like changed forever and we thought it would always stay in this dark place, as we lost a baby to a Cervical Ectopic; although Dr. Pinto and his staff was there for us and helped us to overcome.
We took a break thru 2020 and then in 2021 we started our journey again and quickly decided IVF was the path we were going to follow.
After 2 failed cycles, our 3rd was our lucky Charm, our four leaf clover, our "hail Mary pass" as Dr. Pinto refers to it. Our 2nd transfer in our 3d cycle worked!! Vicki was just as excited to share the news with us that we were Pregnant!!! The transfer had worked and there are absolutely no words to describe the feeling we had knowing we would soon welcome home our bundle of joy. How can you love someone so much who you do not even know? When a woman has prayed so hard and so steadfast for a child as we had, that love just came naturally and before we knew it We welcomed Gabriel Reyan Rodriguez!
Gabriel means - God is my strength
Reyan means - Gift of god or Little King
Our Journey would never had taken place had it not been for Dr. Pinto and his incredible staff. My heart will always be with them and I will be forever grateful as they granted me the greatest gift ever, MY SON! They were always there to help answer questions, console me when we lost our baby, had a failed cycle and there to pick us back up and keep going when we needed them most. I cannot speak higher of Vicki and Sarah Jane. These two ladies were my rock. Vicki was my mom away from home.... she comforted me when I needed her most and encouraged me to not give up. Sarah Jane was a great friend, as she always had me laughing, answered all of my millions of questions and always made my day.
Dr. Pinto - what can I say about this man that you all may already know. He is truly a blessing, as he is full of life, very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. He would sometimes practice Spanish with me and even make me laugh during our visits. He always made me feel comfortable and the day of my last transfer - I will never forget his hug and prayer. I will be forever grateful to him and his practice. I could not recommend this practice enough as they truly brought me my "Hail Mary Pass" Home!
To all the ladies reading this - Remember that your body is beautiful and it is miraculous what it can do. Remember to relax throughout the process as what is meant to be will be. You will get through this and it may be painful at times or hard, but the outcome outweights the shots, the appointments or any struggles
Have faith in the Staff and never lose Hope!
